My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable with a fantastic view of the lake, but lacking basic amenities like tea and coffee facilities and slippers. However, the inconvenience of having to get and return bathrobes from the wellness reception was a hassle. The service was kind and qualified, but a bit overwhelmed during check-in and check-out times. The location was great, very close to the center of Balatonalmádi, but the space felt limited and taken over by exhibitors. The dining experience varied, with delicious options available but sometimes lacking in variety, especially during peak hours. The facilities were generally good, but some areas seemed crowded. Overall, an average stay with room for improvement.
